White Chilly Chicken
Ingredients
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
1 package White Chicken Chili
1 cup water
1 can (15 ounces) white beans, undrained
Method:
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 minutes or until brownied.
Stir in Seasoning Mix, water and beans. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes.
